The Carburetor Spacer by Edelbrock allows spacing carburetors above the intake flange to increase plenum area for more torque and horsepower.
This wood spacer includes phenolic fiber that is heat-insulating.
It tunes and insulates your carburetor and manifolds power band.
The spacer extends the length of the intake mixture column to improve distribution of air and fuel.
There are two styles of spacers with distinctively different benefits.
The open plenum design increases volume for improved high RPM power, while the divided-wall design increases velocity of the air and fuel mixture for improved low-speed and mid-range torque.
This spacer comes with a thickness of 0.5 and fits dual-plane intake manifolds.
