The AEM 21-764C Performance Cold Air Intake System replaces your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing, producing horsepower and torque gains.
Designed, tuned, and dyno-tested, this air intake system fits specific Volkswagen Jetta, Jetta GLI, and Passat models.
Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dry flow synthetic washable air filter for outstanding filtration, air flow, and performance.
Located in the original air box position, the air filter is protected by a heat shield designed to reduce intake air temperature and increase horsepower.
Constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum, the air intake tube features a durable gunmetal gray powder coated finish.
Developed to accommodate the engine's factory emissions control devices, including the PCV hose, the tapered cylinder shaped AEM Dry flow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed, depending on driving conditions.
Easy to install with commonly available tools, this air intake system is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty.
