DIRECTIONS: Prepare the Dispenser: Remove the storage cap secured to the plunger tubes by pushing it to break it free from the tabs.
Point tips away from face and body while opening.
When removing tips, direct tips toward a mixing container.
Use your finger and thumb to grasp the tips, then firmly snap them off to allow the fluids to flow from both reservoirs.
The dispenser is now ready for use.
Mix the Epoxy: Use the plastic blister from the package or a clean piece of cardboard as a mixing tray (do not use metal).
Dispense equal parts of resin and hardener by pressing down slowly on the plunger.
Mix thoroughly until the color is uniform.
Apply the Mixture: Apply the epoxy to both surfaces to be bonded and hold them together using a clamp, tape, or weights.
Remove excess glue immediately.
Positioning Time: 2-3 minutes Setting Time: Product sets in 5 minutes and can be handled in about 30 minutes.
Full Cure Time: 24 hours Temperature Use Range: -40°F to 176°F (-40°C to 80°C).
Note: For cooler temperatures, setting time may be longer.
Reseal the Dispenser: Pull back the plunger slightly and clean the tip.
Place the storage cap on a flat surface with inner plugs facing up.
Align the notch on the syringe with the groove on the cap, and push the tips into the cap using the syringe body to firmly snap it in place.
(The cap will only fit one way on the nozzle.) Store upright with the nozzle facing up.
