Dagger Rondel

Developed for in-fighting, a side arm to pierce mail or heavy clothing, and to slip through gaps in plate armor.The incredibly stiff long, straight blade terminates in a needle sharp point and is triple-edged and hollow ground.The edges are hand polished after being richly blued, giving the Rondel its handsome appearance.The handle of the Rondel Dagger is intricately hand-carved from Rosewood and turned, with added brass pins for decoration and traction to the grip.The double dish guard and pommel, period-correct, are embellished with file work and offer incredible hand protection.An accurate hand-stitched leather sheath with a blued steel throat and chape allows the Rondel Dagger to be tied to a belt or baldric and comfortably worn in various positions.
