The VHX Systems fit directly into the stock dash of a 1961-62 Chevy Impala without modification.
The upper display (speedometer/voltmeter/fuel level/message centers) utilizes the stock trim ring (not included), while the lower displays (tachometer/oil pressure/water temp) include new instrument housings made of machined aluminum/chromed.
Playing off the stock sweep-style speedometer, the VHX-61C-IMP offers six readouts in a direct bolt-in package for all 1961-62 Chevy Full size cars.
The original chrome trim for the speedometer and instrument housing are reused (not included), while gauge housings for the temp, tach, and oil gauges are included and chrome plated.
