Billet 6061-T6 aluminum manifold eliminates concerns of porosity with cast aluminum.

The motor is 'Marine Grade' and is protected against dust intrusion and powerful water jets.

Plug & play installation is facilitated by a supplied harness that attaches directly to the battery and utilizes Deutsch weather-proof connectors.

No modifications or cutting of the stock fuel lines are required.

The vehicle can easily be returned to stock.

Boost activated pump engagement is achieved through a supplied preset boost switch that activates the pump only under load, reducing wear and tear on the DFS780 pump.

PEEK bearing wear surfaces allow the DFS780 spur gears to ride on PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) bearing surfaces to reduce both noise and wear.

Contoured CNC machining of manifold passages enhances flow through the manifold to reduce pressure drop due to flow restrictions.

A direct bolt-on steel mounting bracket is heavy duty and mounts to the frame while utilizing an existing hole to secure.

A fuel pressure gauge port with a 1/8" NPT port allows customers to attach an external pressure gauge to monitor fuel pressure.

O.E quality Viton seals are compatible with diesel and biodiesel fuels.
