For Stock Fuel System, Built-in Bypass: The DFS780 pump allows the vehicle to bypass under light loads, reducing wear & tear on the DFS780.

The engine can run even if the DFS780 unit were to fail.

High-Impact Polycarbonate Sight Glass: Clear sight glass allows visual inspection of fuel.

Spur Gears of Helical Bronze: Bronze gears are more forgiving of contaminants than steel gears.

The design of the helical spur gear runs quieter than straight cut gears.

Manifold of Billet 6061-T6 Aluminum: Eliminates concerns of porosity with cast aluminum.

Motor of 'Marine Grade': Protected against dust intrusion and powerful water jets.

Installation Plug & Play: The supplied harness attaches directly to the battery and utilizes Deutsch weather-proof connectors.

No cutting or modifications of the stock fuel lines are required.

The vehicle can easily be returned to stock.

Engagement of Boost Activated Pump: The supplied preset boost switch activates the pump only under load, reducing wear & tear on the DFS780.

Surfaces of PEEK Bearing Wear: The spur gears of the DFS780 ride on PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) bearing surfaces to reduce both noise and wear.

Machining of Manifold Passages Contoured CNC: Enhances flow through the manifold to reduce pressure drop due to flow restrictions.

Bracket of Direct Bolt-on Steel Mounting: The heavy-duty bracket mounts to the frame and utilizes existing holes to secure.

Port of Fuel Pressure Gauge: The 1/8 NPT port allows the customer to attach an external pressure gauge to monitor fuel pressure.

Seals of O.E Quality Viton: Compatible with diesel and biodiesel fuels.
