Yukon Gear & Axle Locker Limited warrants the original retail purchaser of this Yukon product that, in the event of failure, Yukon Gear & Axle will repair or replace the product.
This replacement will exist as long as the original purchaser of the Y.

This extended plan does not cover, and Yukon Gear & Axle shall not be liable for, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, road service charges, labor charges incurred in the replacement of the product, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, loss of revenues, and loss and/or damage to personal property.
