Replace the conventional winch hook with a safer and stronger FlatLink shackle thimble and D-ring.

The Industry's first folding shackle mount for recovery winches is the FlatLink shackle mount.

With a thickness of less than 1.75 inches, all roller fairlead license plate mounting brackets will work with the Flatlink.

Recovery straps can be cut and frayed by conventional winch hooks, and strap ends often escape during momentary slack cycles of a typical winching recovery.

Due to the secure screw pin attachment, screw pin shackles do not allow strap loops to escape.

The FlatLink is compatible with steel cables or synthetic ropes up to 3/8 inches in diameter and does not require splicing.

A 5/8 inch diameter grade 5 steel double shear pin and internal snap ring retain the cable eye in the FlatLink.

Installation takes only minutes.

The EPDM Rubber Guards protect alloy fairleads and are securely attached to the FlatLink with 4 barbed tips.

Neatly stowed against either roller or Hawse type fairleads, the FlatLink is designed for use with common 3/4 inch shackles.
