Flywheel, Steel RAM Clutches 1542
The RAM Clutches 1542 Billet Steel Flywheel is part of the True Balance Billet Flywheel Series from RAM Clutches.
Designed to accept one half of the clutch system load, the Flywheel must be flat, parallel to the Crankshaft Flange, and properly surface ground for maximum friction compatibility with the clutch disc, as well as balanced.
Dyno testing shows that balance of the Flywheel is critical for maximum engine service.
Each RAM Clutches Flywheel is dynamically balanced to 1⁄2-Ounce/Inches of factory specifications.
RAM Aluminum Flywheels feature a .250-Inches thick steel friction insert to manage heat generated under extreme conditions, while allowing resurfacing without needing to replace the insert.
All RAM Clutches Flywheels are produced from SFI Certified Materials in the South Carolina facility.
