Ford Focus RS 2016-2018 Cobb Air Oil Separator
Designed for Ford Focus RS 2016-2018, this COBB Air/Oil Separator is legal in all 50 states due to its CARB EO number D-660-123.
Installed within the crankcase ventilation system, it prevents oil vapors from entering the intake.
A seamless fit is ensured by our in-house design, even with Ford's EcoBoost engine.
It incorporates a factory breather plate along with a 33% glass-filled nylon spacer plate.
The system forces crankcase air through a swirl pot and baffles, condensing oil particles that are drained back into the crankcase.
This keeps valves cleaner, reduces detonation risk, and promotes engine power and longevity.
By blocking oil vapors from recirculating through the intake, it helps prevent oil and carbon buildup.
Features include a billet aluminum tank, black dip anodizing, additional baffling, a laser-etched COBB logo, and 100% in-house design.
