GM015 ACT HD Clutch Pressure Plate
ACT pressure plates utilize an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch life.
An exclusive four-stage heat-treating process is endured by all diaphragms for unparalleled performance.
Precision cover stampings are featured in ACT pressure plates to provide rigidity and consistency, and some are reinforced to reduce flex and enhance the feel of the pressure plate.
Manufactured from new units, ACT pressure plates are not rebuilt from worn-out parts and are 100 percent tested and computer balanced for smooth operation at high RPM.
The Heavy Duty pressure plates from ACT increase clamp load by 20 to 50 percent and have a pedal feel that ranges from stock to moderate.
Recommended for use with a street or race disc are ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plates.
