Precision cover stampings are present in ACT pressure plates to provide rigidity and consistency.
High quality ceramic friction materials are used in ACT's 6-pad rigid race discs.
The hub, made of chrome-moly, is heat-treated for durability and strength.
Quicker shifts and smooth, trouble-free service are allowed by the lightweight, rigid design.
Engagement is harsher with the 6-pad rigid race disc, but shifting is faster.
For larger clutch sizes, the 6-pad rigid race disc is recommended to absorb more heat.
