This black hot oiler 2-wire braid hydraulic hose from Gates 24HOXCTN has a 1-1/2" inside diameter and a length of 120-ft.It has a maximum working pressure of 2,300 psi for use in hot oiler applications and static pressure.Both the tube and cover are made of black, oil-resistant synthetic rubber, with the cover also being abrasion resistant.Reinforcement is provided by two high-tensile steel wire braids located between the tube and cover.Specifications include an inside diameter of 1-1/2", an outside diameter of 2.15", and a temperature range from -40 to +300 degrees F/-40 to +149 degrees C.It is designed to handle the transfer of hot oil at 275 degrees F continuous and 300 degrees F intermittent to clear the paraffin around the casing to help start the flow of oil to the surface.The maximum working pressure is 2,300 psi, with a minimum burst pressure of 6,900 psi and a minimum bend radius of 20.0.
