HPS 2" - 2.25" OD 16 Gauge 6061 T6 Aluminum Step Up Transition Joiner with 4" Length is commonly used in the automotive, industrial, marine, and aerospace industries; ideal for custom fabrication projects such as high performance air intake kits, cooling radiator and heater systems, turbo intercooler piping, and charge pipe setups.
The most popular and versatile alloy is 6061 aluminum, which is the least expensive of the heat treatable aluminum alloys.
Sold in the T6 condition, HPS aluminum round tubing step up transition reducer joiner is ideal for machining, sawing, sanding, and polishing.
Care must be taken not to remove too much material when polishing the aluminum step up transition joiner tube, especially near any welds.
