The HPS 3/4" 16 Gauge 6061 T6 Aluminum Straight Tube in 3 Feet Length is commonly used in the industrial, automotive, marine, and aerospace industries.
It is great for custom fabrication projects such as DIY air intake, cooling systems, and turbo intercooler piping setups because 6061 aluminum is the most popular and versatile alloy and is the least expensive of the heat treatable aluminum alloys.
Sold in the T6 condition, HPS aluminum round tubing is ideal for sawing, machining, sanding, and polishing.
The aluminum pipe can be polished, but care must be taken not to remove too much material, especially near any welds.
