The TR163 is a Ford Inner Tie Rod End, part of the TR163 kit, featuring SAE 1045 Solid Steel Forged Housing and SAE 4140 hot forged Chromoly Ball Studs for peak performance.
The housing is machined CNC for precise dimensions and to avoid die wear issues.
The ball studs, also SAE 4140 hot forged Chromoly, undergo heat treatment induction for accurate heat treatment and have rolled threads for smooth hardware movement.
The bearing is crafted from Military Grade Acetal for dimensional stability, low friction, and extended load life.
The hardware is Grade 8 - Class 10.9 for exceptional tensile strength.
This tie rod end is pre-greased and has gull winged grease grooves for lubrication distribution enhanced.
