The HPS performance polish intake charge pipe hot and cold side with silicone intercooler boots kit serves as a simple yet effective performance upgrade for the 2003-2007 Ford F250 Superduty Powerstroke 6.0L Diesel Turbo.

It replaces the OEM factory charge pipes and couplers.

The 3" Mandrel bent 6061 Aluminum tubing features a unique custom made mounting bracket (available on the HOT side).

Included are HPS industrial grade heavy duty ultra high temp 4-ply aramid reinforced fluoro-lined oil resistant silicone couplers and spring loaded t-bolt clamps.

Installation is easy without modification, and no re-tuning is required.

NOT CARB Complaint.

Fits 2003-2007 Ford F250 Superduty Powerstroke 6.0L Diesel Turbo. Upgrade factory plastic charge pipe for 05-07 models.
Design features a unique mounting brace on the hot side for added structural rigidity to the Hot Side pipe.
Includes HPS 4-ply aramid reinforced fluoro-lined silicone couplers for excellent oil resistance minimizing premature failure.
Features spring-loaded T-bolt clamps. Industrial grade constant tension clamps eliminate the need for maintenance in fluctuating temperature conditions.
