The 2011-2016 Super Duty Laser X Grille, Black, 1 Pc, Insert, Chrome Studs - PN #7715461 features a Lifetime Structural Warranty.
It has a Custom Repeating Honey Comb Pattern and is Precision Laser Cut with 1-Piece Construction.
Exclusive X-Metal Chrome Studs are included, and the X-Metal logo is removable.
A 3 Year Warranty is provided on the Black Powdercoat Finish.
Designed and manufactured by T-REX Truck Products in Corona, California, it has been made in the USA for over 25 years.
A Complete Hardware Kit is included, along with Industry Best, Full Color Instructions.
The 1 Pc, Insert requires cutting of the factory grille and/or drilling.
It does not fit the XL base model with a black utility grille and does not include the factory grille assembly.
Laser X Grilles add a modern update to the traditional X-Metal Grilles with upgraded laser cut steel 1-piece construction.
The main grille design features a unique repeating “Honey Comb” pattern, and the X-Metal studs and badging are prominently displayed on the black powdercoated mild steel.
Laser X Grilles are also available with chrome and black studs as well (Stealth Laser X Series).

Each part starts with a custom jig using laser cut materials, precision TIG welding, and meticulous assembly and quality control.

All black powder coated grilles go through a multi-stage process: first, they are sandblasted to prepare the surface for the epoxy primer base coat.
Second, they are cleaned to remove contaminants from the sandblast process.
Then, an epoxy primer base coat is applied and cured to seal the entire surface, and finally, the color top coat is applied over the primer and cured to provide long-lasting protection and a high-quality OEM finish.
