A custom jig using laser cut materials, precision TIG welding, meticulous assembly, and quality control starts each part.

All black powder coated grilles undergo a multi-stage process: first, they are sandblasted to prepare the surface for the epoxy primer base coat.
Second, they are cleaned to remove contaminants from the sandblast process.
An epoxy primer base coat is then applied and cured to seal the entire surface, followed by the application of a color top coat over the primer, which is cured to provide long-lasting protection and a high-quality OEM finish.
