A tethering system has been released by Lokar for headers with removable collectors and multi-piece headers.
The Header Tethering System from Lokar is a secondary retaining device that will keep the attached collectors attached if the primary retaining device; usually a bolt or tab; fails.
Racers can change collectors freely and easily at any time, and it is universal to fit a variety of applications.
Made in the USA, the kits are constructed from high quality stainless and carry the same lifetime warranty as all products from Lokar.
Accepted by the NHRA for use in all classes, the Lokar Header Tether System will also meet the requirements for the 2014 NHRA rule change regarding removable collectors and multi-piece headers.
