aFe Power is now offering a kit for the 2012-13 Jeep JK air intake system that includes a tube and filter upgrade.
The larger air filter and higher flowing tube will out flow the metal tube kit by 10 percent or 70 percent over the stock intake.
The kit utilizes a roto molded tube that insulates heat and a new larger filter that fits onto the existing 3-angle adaptor.
The upgrade kit includes all necessary hardware, clamps, and couplers for a clean, simple install.
This intake utilizes 5-1/2 inch Pro Dry S performance air filters for maximum flow.
This non-oiled synthetic air filter requires no oils for cleaning for maximum convenience.
The intake tube is designed to maximize air velocity and is dyno tested and flowed using the latest engineering tools for maximum efficiency; having a roto molded tube versus an aluminum tube offers better resistance from unwanted engine heat.
