XDR Off-Road proudly introduces the new Magnum Grip Dual-gate performance shifter and grab handle for the Can-Am Maverick X3 side by sides from 2017 to 2020.
The dual gate shifter and grab handle feature CNC billet aluminum construction, replaceable midnight black polycarbonate side grip plates, an ergonomic design for a modern aggressive look, and a spring-loaded stainless steel trigger for positive locking and unlocking in and out of gears.
This new shifter features both a standard gated shift pattern and a 'Hill Killer' shift gate pattern designed as a safety device for steep hill climbs.
By dropping the shifter into the lower Hill Killer shift gate, the reverse lockout feature of the ratchet gate plate is eliminated, allowing quick shifts from forward to reverse gear to prevent the front end from going over backward when climbing steep hills.
The shifter gate assembly is made from heavy 304 stainless steel for durability and precise shifts.
Other features include a MIL-Spec anodized black finish, bushing rod, and trigger.
All necessary hardware and easy-to-follow installation instructions are included.
