This pressure plate features a diaphragm design exclusive to increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch life.
All ACT diaphragms endure a heat-treating process in four stages for performance that is unparalleled.
ACT pressure plates have cover stampings that are precision to provide rigidity and consistency.
The Heavy Duty pressure plates from ACT increase clamp load by 20 to 50 percent.
Recommended for use with a street or race disc are the Heavy Duty pressure plates.
