The shock 26 Series is a one piece monotube that is well suited for various track conditions or as a traction shock in applications.
Constructed with a body that is zinc plated for corrosion resistance, this shock is a popular choice for modifieds, late models, super stocks, and various other classes.
Best on rough tracks and as an easy-up shock on many dirt cars, and on bumpy asphalt tracks in all banking types.
Made with a monotube body of 2'' O.D.
zinc plated steel and available with hyperscrew, sealed Hyperscrew (IMCA Legal), or Schrader valve configurations, the shocks 26 Series use deflective disc valving with either linear, digressive, or linear/digressive valving.
The shocks equipped with hyperscrew have a threaded round port near the bearing end of the body.
This hole is sealed with a small screw that has an O-ring built into it, sealing the nitrogen gas pressure inside the shock.
The gas pressure of the configurations sealed hyperscrew is adjustable only by QA1 and QA1 Authorized Rebuilders per body sanctioning, like IMCA, and track rules.
With a Schrader valve, you can easily adjust gas pressure.
Much like adding air to car tires, the Schrader valve allows you to make ''on the fly'' gas pressure adjustments between heat races and features to adjust for varying track conditions.
The piston 46 MM allows for maximum car control at all shaft velocities.
They are racer rebuildable and revalveable for unparalleled repeatability.
Made in the USA and 100% dyno tested and serialized.
