XDR Off-Road is proud to introduce the new Magnum Grip 'Hill-Killer' gated performance shifter for 2018-2020 Can-Am Sport and Trail 800, 1000 side by side models.
The shift handle features CNC billet aluminum construction, ergonomic design for a modern aggressive look, replaceable midnight black polycarbonate side grip plates, and a spring loaded stainless steel trigger for positive locking and unlocking in and out of Park.
The Hill-Killer gate plate was designed as a safety device when attempting steep hill climbs.
This is achieved by eliminating the reverse lockout feature of the ratchet gate plate, allowing quick shifts from forward to reverse gear to save the front end from going over backward when climbing steep hills.
The gate plate is constructed of heavy 10-gauge 304 stainless steel for durability and long life.
Other features include a MIL-Spec anodized black finish, stainless steel gate plate, bushing rod, and trigger.
All necessary hardware and easy to follow installation instructions are included.
