The Carli Pintop is a system that is a Jack-of-all-trades, delivering a confident yet sedate on-road ride with all harsh edges rounded and smoothed while making light- to medium-duty off-road escapades completely controlled and uneventful.Carli-specific, blueprinted, King 2.5 shocks are featured on all four corners.With a shock body diameter of 2.5 inches, these Pintop shocks deliver 55% more piston surface area than a 2.0-inch shock.A custom piston has been designed by Carli engineers to produce proper base flow rates and optimize performance in robust ¾-ton and one-ton platforms.The Carli-spec shocks also feature shafts that are machined and polished from a solid piece of 17-4 stainless.A dramatic increase in travel is delivered by the system, and the included adjustable track bar adds stability, countering the sloppiness that can lead to Death Wobble.The truck will sit higher in the front for a level look and have more wheel travel due to the lighter rate Carli coil springs.
