The driveshafts are lighter, stronger, and safer than aluminum and steel driveshafts.
QA1 winds the driveshafts with 3M Matrix Resin that is exclusive to QA1 driveshafts.
This resin uses spherical nanoscale silica that provides abrasion resistance and longevity, higher compressive strength, and minimal water absorption for increased torque capacity and longevity.
The distinctive blue tint of a QA1 driveshaft comes from this resin.
A uniform wall thickness is created by optimum fiber lay up that ensures high RPM stability and extreme torque capacities.
Engineered surface protection withstands extreme racing environments and provides performance.
Spicer Life Series Universal Joints are featured, which are high strength alloy and sealed for maximum strength and no maintenance.
The high-misalignment 7075 aluminum tube yokes are precision CNC machined and specially developed for QA1's 11 step bonding procedure that ensures better balance.
With incredible strength and durable surface protection, these driveshafts offer performance season after season.
