Raptor AirDog 4G 100 GPH Lift Pump Kit Compatible with Dodge Cummins 98.5-02 5.9L R4SBD355
The Raptor-4G RP-100 fuel system is designed for the 1998.5-2002 VP-44 24V Cummins with the fuel pump located in the fuel tank.
Using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system, this system mounts to the frame rail.
A Fuel Module Upgrade Kit is installed in the factory fuel basket to pull fuel through a factory-style 1/2" bulkhead fitting.
This will bypass the factory in-tank lift pump.
The pressure side connects directly into the fuel filter housing on the engine block.
These pumps are internally regulated and do not require a return line.
This fuel system has a capacity of 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) for stock fuel trucks.
Our installation manual includes a list of parts that come with this kit.
