The Raptor-4G RP-100 fuel system is designed for the 1998.5-2002 VP-44 24V Cummins with the fuel pump located in the fuel tank.Using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system, this system mounts to the frame rail.A Fuel Module Upgrade Kit is installed in the factory fuel basket to pull fuel through a factory-style 1/2" bulkhead fitting.This will bypass the factory in-tank lift pump.The pressure side connects directly into the fuel filter housing on the engine block.These pumps are internally regulated and do not require a return line.This fuel system has a capacity of 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) for stock fuel trucks.Our installation manual includes a list of parts that come with this kit.
