Carli suspension systems utilize an adjustable track bar up front and a combination of an adjustable track bar and riser in the rear to correct geometry, center the axles after lifting the JK, and minimize the axle's “Yaw,” lateral axle movement that causes a wagging feeling during suspension cycling.

Carli adjustable track bars are made from ¼-inch wall DOM tubing and feature 7/8-inch heat-treated chromoly FK Bearings Heim joints locked in by Carli’s proprietary Jammit nut, which offers 100% more surface area than a standard jam-nut.

The fixed end of Carli adjustable track bars incorporates our proprietary CUB joint, which uses a proven FK Bearings 7/8-inch uniball at its center.

Custom molded bushings are pressed on to encapsulate the uniball, and then the assembly is pressed into the large, gusseted housing of the track bar with a stainless safety washer and retained with a snap ring.
