Rough Country CV Drive Shaft Rear for 03-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ Rubicon - 5088.1
Recommended for Jeep TJ Rubicon models equipped with 4" - 6" suspension lifts, this double cardan style CV drive shaft prevents driveline vibration and the rear output shaft from breaking.
It flexes to a nominal 30 degrees prior to binding and is a direct bolt-in replacement that does not require removing the factory original output mass vibration dampener hub.
Built on a 2.5" tube diameter, it uses the stock 1330 sized universal joint at the rear differential end and a massive 1350 CV head.
Grease fittings are positioned out of the way of the transmission oil pan, allowing grease to reach the joints that need it without spilling on the bottom of your Jeep.
The shaft strength is twice as strong as the factory equipped drive shaft and includes better quality CV joints.
Note: ONLY fits 2003-2006 Rubicon models.
