This CV driveshaft, double cardan style, is necessary for JK models equipped with short arm suspension lifts of 3.5"-6" or long arm suspension lifts of 2.5"-6".It features a replacement flange for the differential pinions instead of using an adapter flange.Machined from solid billet steel, these flanges are designed to accept standard mating flanges that are 'off the shelf'.If these flanges break, you have a chance of obtaining a replacement part from almost any drive line shop.This results in a longer drive shaft with the universal joint's center closer to the pinion bearing.Collapsed Measurement: 41.25-inches, Extended Measurement: 44.75-inches.Note: Recommended for models with 3.5in - 6in of lift.Does NOT fit 2-door models.
