X Grilles Stealth Laser add a modern update to the traditional X-Metal Grilles with upgraded laser cut steel construction in 1-piece and blacked out design.
The design of the main grille features a unique repeating “Honey Comb” pattern, and the black X-Metal studs and badging are prominently displayed on the mild steel that is black powdercoated.
Available with chrome studs as well (Laser X Series), the uncompromising quality begins with advanced engineering and design supported by 3D CAD.
All products undergo rigorous testing for fit, finish, drivability, and durability.
Each part starts with a custom jig using materials that are laser cut, precision TIG welded, and meticulously assembled with quality control.

All black powder coated grilles go through a multi-stage process; first, they are sandblasted to prepare the surface for the epoxy primer base coat.
Second, they are cleaned to remove contaminants from the sandblast process.
An epoxy primer base coat is then applied and cured to seal the entire surface, and finally, the color top coat is applied over the primer and cured to provide long lasting protection and a high-quality OEM finish.
