These kits utilize a proprietary Positive Lift Floater System design, resulting in quiet operation with no floater rattle and no posts to wear.
An exclusive four-stage heat-treating process is applied to all diaphragms in ACT twin disc kits.
The ability to adjust for disc wear and equal disengagement for discs is featured in ACT twin disc kits.
The Performance street rigid-hub discs utilize premium organic materials with high copper content for better heat transfer and steel-backed lining for greater burst strength and durability.
The heat-treated chrome-moly hub ensures strength and durability.
Maximum strength is achieved through careful selection of rivet design and materials.
All ACT twin disc kits come with a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel for trouble-free installation and operation.
Included in ACT twin disc kits are a pressure plate, two discs, a floater, flywheel, and alignment tool.
Some kits may also include a pilot bearing and release bearing.
