Trans-Dapt offers a full selection of transmission cross members that fit universally.
These durable, quality units are available as a kit with brace and mounting pads or as the cross member alone.
The design allows you to position your engine and transmission exactly where needed.
They eliminate the need for fabricating a rear cross member.
These cross members support most standard and automatic transmissions in open channel frames with frame rail widths from 26 inches to 36 inches.
Just cut the cross member to fit the distance of the frame rail.
Built using sturdy tubing with a .114 inch wall thickness.
Kits include a 9442 mounting pad for GM transmissions, but they also allow the use of a 4716 mounting pad for Ford transmissions.
