The Vapor Block by Design Engineering addresses the issue of fuel and other fluids boiling due to extreme heat, which can lead to vapor lock situations.

DEI Vapor Block helps prevent rough idling and difficult starting that can result from vapor lock.

The fuel line sleeve was developed specifically to prevent vapor lock in fuel systems by significantly reducing heat in the line, keeping fuel cooler and below boiling.

With a split design and adhesive flap, Vapor Block installs easily without needing to disconnect the fuel line.

Simply wrap Vapor Block around the line, remove the adhesive liner, and press the adhesive flap into place.

Constructed from glass fiber and polyester laminated to an aluminum outer layer, Vapor Block provides excellent long-lasting thermal protection without incurring expensive repairs or modifications.
