WrapIt Repair Tape by Versachem is a flexible, self-fusing silicone repair tape that has been utilized by the military for years.
It is an all-purpose repair tape made from specially formulated silicone rubber, containing no adhesives, and chemically bonds to itself upon contact.
It is crucial that the tape is stretched and completely overlaps itself on the first and final wrap around the object.
Stretch, wrap, and overlap layers about 2/3” of the previous wrap, peeling the liner as you proceed.
The tape stretches up to 3 times, and the more it is stretched, the stronger the grip and the faster it fuses together.
Seal and repair all types of hoses and cables, appliance cords, leaking pipes, broken branches, and stake plants.
For electrical repairs, disconnect the power before starting the repair, and for leaks, use several layers of stretched tape.
It replaces duct tape and electrical tape.
The tape is resistant to fuels, oils, solvents, water, salt water, road salt, and UV rays.
It insulates 400 volts per mil and meets Mil Spec AA59163 and UL510 specifications.
